ON 5th MAY I WILL BEGIN SAILING AROUND BRITAIN CLOCKWISE FROM PWLLHELI, RETURNING IN SEPTEMBER.
FRIENDS AND FAMILY WILL JOIN ME ALONG THE WAY AND WILL ADD THEIR EXPERIENCES TO THIS BLOG.

'Had a rough time yesterday - got past Bardsey Island, but terrible seas. Fought it for 2 hours - then gave up and spent the night on a buoy at Abersoch. Got there at 21.00 and found water in the bilges from the waves - 8 buckets! A bit demoralised! But off again today - past Bardsey Island and on route for Holyhead. Very rough tomorrow, so will need to decide what next.'
